You want to get a quick overview of the currently running exhibitions and the exhibits shown there? We show you two export templates with which you can do that in no time.
Template 1: List overview with one document export
- First select the desired exhibitions in the list view
- Link the template “Ausstellungsueberblick.odt” as usual in the Document export menu
- Save the configuration and click on “Apply”.
Template 2: Image overview with Lightbox template
- Select the desired exhibitions in the list view here as well
- Link the Lightbox template “Ausstellungsueberblick_html.txt” in Text export menu
- Set the encoding to “UTF-8” and the output format to “html”.
- Save the configuration and click on “Apply”.
- Save the now exported file e.g. on your desktop and select “Open” in the confirmation dialog: the desired view will open in the browser.
