This template provides visual image overviews very easily in your web-browser. It enables you to sort, specify and use your final selection easily in artbutler. The export shows an image per work and the basic information incl. the net listprice.
This is how it works:
Link the export template (one time only)
- Link this template Lightbox (right mouse click/save as…) in work groups or the worklist in Text export > Text…
- Set the options for encoding to “UTF 8” and the export format to “html”.
Export, sort & select the works
- Compile a work group or select the works from your general work list and export them with your new Lightbox export.
- Sort and specify your selection in your browser of choice: you can remove works from the selection with the red X and order them by drag and drop.
Transfer your final selection to artbutler
- Copy your final selection from the “Get selection” window.
- You are now able to paste this selection into the barcode dialog box in an empty exhibition/work group/commission. The selection has now been transferred into artbutler and can be used.
