With this template you can easily create offers for one or multiple works.
Please note that this template will only work from the artbutler section OFFERS.
Exports:
– The adress of the recipient of the offer to the top
– The date you created this offer
– The “Letter salutation” from the linked contact in the offer and a fix text (that you can change in the template).
– An image of the work
– Information about the work: Artistname, Title, Year, Technique, Sizes, Edition, Inventory number
– The price of the work in gross and the VAT
– A subtotal, the discount that you added in artbutler, the Total gross, VAT rate and the Total Net
Tipp: You should add your logo to the Header and you could also add information to the Footer (like Gallery details or Bank details)
Tipp 2: You can of course change the Text within the Template. If you want to write “We offer the following work” instead of “we are happy to present you the following offer” just open the downloaded Open Office file and change the Text here.
