You have certain works that have a lot of images assigned? This export template will help you to create an overview of all these images in your browser.
Using the template and export the data
- Compile a work group or select the works from your general work list
- Link one of the lightbox templates in work groups or the worklist in Text export > Text…
- Set the encoding to “UTF 8” and the export format to “html”
- After saving the export configuration you can start the export.
- Click “Open” in the confirmation dialogue of the export to see the images in your web-browser.
Additionally, the template html-lightbox-allImages_downloadLinks.txt provides you with the possibility to download the images in different sizes: Just right-click > save as … on the button according to the image quality you need (Small, Medium, Large, Original).
