It’s not only individual exhibitions, groups of works or offers that can be exported – the same goes for the corresponding lists, such as all of a customer’s offers, an artist’s exhibitions, etc.
Exported contents
This sample template exports a list of offers with the basic data – such as the date and recipient – as well as all contained works with an image and price. Some extra help comes in the form of a note that is displayed if the work was purchased by the recipient at a later time (requires ARTBUTLER 2.13 or higher).
This template exports offers, but can easily be adapted for further lists; you can learn more about this in the reference templates.
