Use these export templates to output the entries from your documentation tab in the menu Contacts. You can either output all entries or a filtered selection.

Filter entries
Download the documentation_filtered template to export entries filtered by the documentation type. Open the template and enter the desired documentation type (e.g. fair) at the marked position – it could look like this: [#assign docFilterList = “Fair”]. Now the template is ready for the export of all entries of the type fair!
