These export templates generate lists of the edition works created in ARTBUTLER and their copies.

Use the templates only on one copy of the edition at a time (e.g. number 1). The informations about the other copies will be automatically exported with that one.
Find the first copy of each of your editions with a self-created search configuration. The required condition is: Edition - starts with - 1/.
- The first template exports a work list (incl. informations like artist, title, year, technique and size) with the number of copies still available and their copy numbers.
- The second template shows how many copies are sold, available or reserved.
- Use the third template if you want to export detailed informations about each copy (our example outputs the work status).
Recommended adjustment of your template
Open the export template with OpenOffice and add additional placeholders for specific work informations. More about this can be found in the list of all placeholders.
