With this template you can export basic work captions on a label with the size 10,5 x 5,7 cm (like Avery 3425 or Herma A4 4425).

Exported contents

• Inventory number
• Full name of the Artist
• Title of the work
• Year
• Technique
• Measurements
• Edition (if the work is an Edition)

Adjustment of your template

You only need to add your own address in the template, then you can use it for exporting a single work label as well as a list of hundreds of work labels.

You can easily adjust the dimensions of the address labels by yourself. To do this, open the export template in Openoffice and click on the label that says the address. Normaly this label is a table, but it consists of only one row and one column. You can resize the label by grabing it at the edge and dragging it to the Size you want.

You can make more detailed adjustments when you right-click the table and set the width under Column and the height under Row. In your case, there are two rows, so you can delete the top row. After this, the inserted images can be dragged to the preferred size by hand.

You don’t have to do more. Simply save the export at template folder (with a new name) and use it when exporting from Artbutler.
