Maintain your contacts and get rid of duplicate contact records.
This report exports a list of contacts where multiple records with the same email addresses are available:
- customer no
- first and last name
- number of linked invoices
- number of linked offers
Quickly assess the importance of your contacts by the number of linked operations; when merging contact records, contact links for the recipients must also be corrected in all relevant operations so that they are not lost when the duplicate is deleted.
Good to know: You can copy the column with the customer numbers from the report and use it to populate a contact group with the results.
Important
Please unzip the template before you use it. Don't change or rename any report template since this will make them stop working!
