Learn about your most valuable customers based on sales per customer. You can limit the report to a given artist (who buys them) or specific time.
The following columns will be included:
– Customer no
– Customer name
– Number of works bought
– Total sales
– Minimal price per work
– Average price per work
– Maximum price per work
– Earliest invoice date
– Latest invoice date
– Customer email 1
– Country of customer (postal address)
The report is sorted by the customer’s total sales with the highest value on top. The number of rows displayed can be limited in the export options by choosing a Limit setting.
To evaluate a specific period of time, e.g. a given year, it is possible to set a start and/or an end date for the report with the date 1 & 2 request parameters. Leaving a date empty will set no restriction to this date (any date until/from now). Please note that this report evaluates the invoice date and not the date of the payment receipt.
It is possible to restrict the report to sales of a given artist if you provide an artist ID in the export dialogue, leaving this field empty will aggregate sales of all artists.
Defining the date or text parameters in the report’s export options will set these values as defaults in the export dialogue, but it is possible to change them at any time.
Important
Please never change or rename any report template since this will make them stop working!
