This report gives an overview over the total value of a holding or collection with the works grouped by type, e.g. paintings, drawings, and sculptures. It exports an Excel file with the aggregated works and their various total and average values – list price, insurance price, purchase price – per worktype. It can be restricted to a given holding and / or a specific artist.
The following columns will be included:
– Worktype
– No of works
– Total sales value net EUR
– Average sales value per work
– Total insurance value net EUR
– Total purchase value net EUR
– Average purchase value per work
The report is sorted by total sales.
The total values are calculated from the given prices in the work records, prices in other currencies than the base currency (EUR in most cases) will be converted with the stored conversion rates provided in the Managment section of artbutler on the Currencies tab.
Defining the optional text parameter (in this case: holding) in the report’s export options will set this value as default in the export dialogue, but it is possible to change it at any time.
Important!
Please unzip the template before you use it. Don't change or rename any report template since this will make them stop working!
