Using the template provided, you may export all relevant information stored on a contact in ARTBUTLER according to Art. 15 GDPR. The template is merely a proposal for simplification and doesn’t provide any kind of legal advice. As usual, you may customise layout and information according to your wishes and demands. You’ll need to process personal data not stored in ARTBUTLER separately!
Please make sure whether you use all featured fields in the template for personal data, or if you might even need to add fields.
Please note:
- Add your contact data to "Responsible Person". If necessary and requested, additionally add information on your Data Protection Officer.
- Make sure to edit customisable fields where necessary, using your descriptions instead of „user defined field x“, so content context will be clear.
