In the Preferences on the tab Export you can adjust several options for your exports.
Export price format
Here you can set how smooth prices should be issued in exports:
- with two decimal places (10,00)
- shortened with a hyphen (10,-) or
- without any decimal places (10)
Use currency symbols
Currency symbols like the Euro sign € can be provided under Management > Currencies. Once set, available symbols will replace their related currency short code like EUR in exports if you tick the checkbox Use currency symbols here.
Export price currency format
Here you can decide whether the currency symbol or code should stand before of or after the price.
Markers for prices with margin scheme taxation
Here you might set a symbol with which you can mark prices designated for margin scheme taxation in exported documents. To use it in your export templates please add the placeholder ${w.vatMark} after the price.
How you use margin scheme taxation in your invoices is described in our article flatrate and standard margin scheme taxation. A ready-to-use export template for margin scheme invoices is available for you to download from the template pool.
Export date format
You can issue the date in exports in the formats short (27.06.18), medium (27.06.2018) or long (27. Juni 2018).
Adresses
Here you can set if you would like to print the salutation in adresses on its own line and if the recipient’s name should appear before or after the company name.
This affects mainly the address label export. You can download a label template ready to use in our our template pool.
