ARTBUTLER PRO data exchange

Create a XML export configuration. You can export work data from: general Work List, Work Groups, Exhibitions or Consignments.

The export will result in a ZIP-file that you can send to your partners also using ARTBUTLER PRO.

Export contents

• all informations concering the work except insitutional contents
• will not be exported: Contents from the provenance (Invoices, Offers, Exhibitions) and saved Locations, Storage Locations and the holding of the work record

Important note on the fields:

To view the list of exported fields and adapt them to your requirements if necessary, open the file in a text editor such as TextEdit or Notepad. Lines beginning with a hash # are commented out and are therefore not exported. Accordingly, place a hash mark at the beginning of each line whose information you do not wish to export and save your changes before using the file for the XML export.
