With these three export templates you can export your artist invoices from ARTBUTLER as clear documents.

If you would like to include the costs in the invoice, these must be entered on the Costs tab before the invoice is issued.
- Use the first template if no costs are taken into account.
- Use the second template when you have paid the costs. To withhold the cost amount, you must select the calculation mode Exclude costs from calculation in the invoice data record in ARTBUTLER.
- Use the third template if the invoice recipient has covered the costs. To pass on the costs in full, select the calculation mode No discount on costs in the invoice data record.
Recommended adjustment of your template
Open the export template with OpenOffice and add additional placeholders for specific work informations. More about this can be found in the list of all placeholders.
