Text fields for work provenance

With ARTBUTLER 2.11 you have option to work with additional text fields for the work provenance. We show you how to use them the most efficient way.

In a work record, under provenance you will find multilingual text fields for the each tab (Invoices, Exhibitions, Literature, etc.), in where you can add further information.

Of course you can also export these information. Simply use the following placeholders:

• ${w.xProvlinesT} – exports on the new provenance text field
• ${w.xProvlinesExtT} – exports the provenance text field and all provenance lines that were created in ARTBUTLER

Replace the x with the first letter of the section you want to export

• Invoices
  ${w.IProvlinesT} or ${w.IProvlinesExtT}
• Literature
  ${w.LProvlinesT} or ${w.LProvlinesExtT}
• Commissions
  ${w.CProvlinesT} or ${w.CProvlinesExtT}
• Exhibitions
  ${w.EProvlinesT} or ${w.EProvlinesExtT}
• Offers
  ${w.OProvlinesT} or ${w.OProvlinesExtT}
• Workgroups
  ${w.WProvlinesT} or ${w.WProvlinesExtT}
