ARTBUTLER PRO 2.18

This is the current version of ARTBUTLER PRO

These are the new features of version 2.18.4

• The following improvements have been made for Mac OS X users:
  • Under Mac OS X 15.1 and higher, servers in the local network can now be reached again.
  • Email export now supports placeholders such as the invoice number in the subject.
  • The Artbutler slideshow (diashow) works as intended on OS X Ventura and higher.
  • The rounding rules dialogue in Management → Currencies is now fully visible on OS X BigSur and later.
  • An issue with document export with rarely used image lists has been fixed.
• The following improvements have been made for users of Microsoft Windows 11:
  • Fixed a display bug that caused some drop-down menus to be displayed incorrectly.
  • The Artbutler PRO installer now correctly detects the required Open Office in all cases.

• Handling multiple open tabs has been improved.
• Support of ARTBUTLER NEXT in PRO: transfer your work data directly from ARTBUTLER PRO to ARTBUTLER NEXT.
• Two more custom fields for invoices, now four in total.
• Two custom fields have been added to offers.
• Use placeholders like InvoiceNo in subject lines of email export configurations to automatically fill in the correct number

• For a quick start, you will find all the information that is important at the beginning in the Getting Started section.
• To create documents like work lists, invoices or letters with ARTBUTLER PRO, you need the standard templates that we have already linked in your ARTBUTLER. Please download the folder with our default templates and save the contained folder “default” afterwards in your template folder. The location can be found under artbutler > Preferences > Local.
• Numerous other templates for a variety of documents can be found in the directory of all export templates.
• At the bottom of this page you will find the download for the current version of ARTBUTLER PRO.
