Add Works or Contacts to a Group by Number

You can add works to any work compilation like work group or exhibition by entering their inventory number or even pasting a complete list of numbers. The same way it is possible to populate a contact group using the contacts’ IDs.

Link contacts to data records

Wenn Sie Ihre Kontakte in den gelb hinterlegten Feldern verlinken, können Sie die enthaltenen Informationen am Kontakt und an den Werken zukünftig schnell abrufen und überblicken. Diese Verlinkung gibt Ihnen einen guten Überblick, welchen Einfluss bestimmte Kontakte auf Ihre Vorgänge haben.

Configure List Columns

This article will show you how you may customise displayed list columns – work list, contact list, lists for invoices, offers, etc. In this way, you’ll gain a quick overview of specific information in your database.

Searching and Filtering

All lists can be filtered and searched according to your requirements. For example, show purchase invoices only in the Invoices section, search for a specific invoice, or filter the work list to show only available works.

Maintenance mode

Entries deleted in ARTBUTLER will not be removed from the database, they continue to exist marked as deleted so that they no longer appear in ARTBUTLER.
