Inventory numbers cannot be changed in a preexisting work. However, it is possible to assign a new inventory number using the Work duplicate function.
How to use and label custom fields for works
We provide four large multi-language custom fields for works on the Other tab, for example for condition reports, a work introduction and more. As usual the fields can be labeled accordingly in the ARTBUTLER preferences.
